1. DESIGN
We illustrate and design your idea according to your likes and needs.

2. PRINTING
Once the design is approved, we print the design to be cut out later on.

3. CUTTING
After the design, the glass is cut out piece by piece.

4. BEVEL
The edges of the glass that has been cut out is beveled to give it shape.

5. TRIMMING
All the rough parts are taken apart leaving the glass totally smooth.

6. POLISHING
The Glass is polished into smooth and uniform finish.

7. POMEX STONE
By means of this process the glass is passed through the stone to give it special finish.

8. FINISH
This is the last process of polishing in order to get rid of all imperfections.

9. ASSEMBLY
Once the glass is polished, we start to assemble all the pieces fitting them together.

10. TAPING AND WELDING
Pieces of copper tape are applied to all the pieces for joining the glass properly during welding.

11. PATINA
Finally, a special liquid is applied between the plumb and the glass.

12. STAINED GLASS
After all these steps have been followed, the stained glass is finished and ready to be installed.
